Not getting MBO data and only seeing one level on the DOM.

Hello, I recently updated to service package 12, but I can't seem to be able to see the MBOs. I also only have one level on the resting bid and ask. I scoured the support board and tried a lot of the solutions but haven't been able to get mine set up.

For market by order data you need to activate the CME exchange that you need with market depth data.
