Hi,

I can see from other user questions that you do offer refunds but I'm not sure how to make a refund request. I tried Sierra Chart for acoupke of days but realised it is not for me.

We have refunded the 1 month of Usage Time that you had paid for and refunded the $36.00 for that back to your Services Surplus.

And we have started an Account Support Ticket requesting the balance be refunded to your card. You can view the Account Support Ticket at the following link:

The Account Support Tickets is the location to request a refund.
