If I have Global Profit and Loss Management flatten set, and I also have order allocation across multiple accounts configured, it only flattens the current account and doesn't allocate that flatten event across all accounts. Is that a potential bug or by design? I appreciate your help and I'm super grateful for you guys!! You deserve 10x what I pay each month for this amazing software! Sorry just had to throw some long overdue compliments your way. :-)

i've got the same question. have 3 accounts chained together to allocate the same orders. Firstly, I get an error message on my screen bottom saying "settings not complete for spread entry" there is a "spread order entry id:2" setup automatically in my chart, where I entered the order allocation chaining. I did not add this study. How do I remove the error message? Cannot find documentation. Secondly; the test entries I placed did not trade properly. I had two positions open in my main account, the 2 subsequent chained accounts also simultaneously opened the same positions. I flattened my position, SC flattened all 3 accounts, however opened in the 2 chained accounts, another position as seen in the attached image at 11:06, which were closed by Apex at 4:00 eastern time. |

If I have Global Profit and Loss Management flatten set, and I also have order allocation across multiple accounts configured, it only flattens the current account and doesn't allocate that flatten event across all accounts. Is that a potential bug or by design? It is not a bug. There just is not support to flatten across multiple accounts with the Global Profit/Loss Management feature. We will update the documentation. The issue is that the Order Allocation to Trade Accounts feature is specific to an individual chart. there is a "spread order entry id:2" setup automatically in my chart, where I entered the order allocation chaining. I did not add this study. How do I remove the error message? Cannot find documentation. Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Opening Trade Window for Chart or Trade DOM Go to the A tab and press the Remove Study button. We do not know what the issue was. There is quite a lot of detailed analysis required: I flattened my position, SC flattened all 3 accounts, however opened in the 2 chained accounts, another position as seen in the attached image at 11:06, which were closed by Apex at 4:00 eastern time.

I completely understand that the Order Allocation to Trade Accounts feature is specific to an individual chart; makes sense and thank you for the response! Truly appreciate your time. Would you please consider allowing for Global Profit/Loss Management per account? Essentially the Global Profit/Loss Management feature, which I love, cannot be used if trading multiple accounts. I tested it with charts open pointing to each of my accounts so I can see each one in the "Status Trade Account" dropdown; but it still does not function for all accounts. |

Regarding Global Profit/Loss management, that is now actively being developed to work on the server side for Teton order routing and also this simulated trading service: Simulated Futures Trading Service Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
