Problem on data CME

Hello,

can you help me? I have a problem. The data for the F.US.ENQM22 period is OK. Data F.US.ENZ22 does not work for me. I have 6 months pause and now I can traiding. Can you send me instructions or what can I do?
This is what the program says to me --

The issue is that you are using CQG for your order routing, but you have not setup the Denali Exchange Data Feed for your real-time data. We do not support CQG data for the CME Group and EUREX. Therefore, you must use the Denali Exchange Data Feed in this case.

To setup the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group data, follow the instructions at the following link:

The symbol:
F.US.ENZ22

is:
RBOB Blendstock - ICE

You need to contact your broker and have them activate ICE for your CQG account. The Denali Data Feed does not provide that data.

However, for this symbol you do need to activate the CME exchange with the Denali Data Feed:
F.US.ENQM22

And be sure to re-download the data after:

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.
