I am trying to debug this issue where I have massive gaps in intraday data. I cannot figure out why. See attached for an example screenshot https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1670543072837.png If I switch this to MES, I get the full data. I have tried: 1. Delete all data and download 2. Delete all data files 3. Reboot computer 4. Repeat above I cannot understand why this is happening, nor how to fix it. How can I determine if it is an issue with the data provider (Rithmic) or a setting I can toggle in SierraChart? Thanks |

Oh this is interesting... I turned off futures rollover and now I see the current contract. I see data when I have my settings as follows: Continuous Contract (List): None (current contract, today's data), Forward Curve Current Day (I see data only up to 09/2022), Rollover Each Year Same Month (Data only up to 09/2022) Everything else, I see only today's data or nothing (i.e., a blank chart). So it seems like I have the data, for some reason I cannot see it. |

The issue is that you are using Rithmic data and they have limited historical data. The setting for the Continuous Contract should not make a difference, although you do not want to select the option for Forward Curve as that is intended only for when you are using the Forward Curve study. Refer to the following: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Rithmic Market Data and Support Policy For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
