I don`t know why I don`t have LIVE Denali feed when I`m paying for it. I have Service pack 11 ( which I thought was supposed include the live danali feed ). Everything has been working perfectly for years and now for over the last month it`s not working. Can someone please help me. I will pay for live phone support if that`s what it takes. Becoming extremely frustrated.

The exchange you had active for the CME Group data did not renew on December 1, 2022 since you did not have enough funds in your account for the automatic renewal on that date.
