I've set a minimum market by order quantity in settings --> symbol settings for my symbol yet sierrachart just ignores the minimum. I am wondering why this is. Thanks |

First, if you changed the Minimum Market by Order Quantity in the Symbol Settings, then you need to select File >> Disconnect, followed by File >> Connect to Data Feed in order to see the changes. Or if you have exited Sierra Chart an started again, this would do it as well. Otherwise, a possible reason for this is If you have setup a "Trade and Current Quote Symbol" for the chart and the option for "Use As Trade Only Symbol" is set to "No", then the Market Depth data in the DOM is for the symbol setup in the "Trade And current Quote Symbol". Therefore, you would have to set the Minimum Market by Order Quantity for the symbol entered in the "Trade and Current Quote Symbol". I don't have a trade and current quote symbol setup, i've attached a picture of my various settings. When I connect and disconnect it starts out with the market by order filter working but then over time is flooded by lower values
