hello i have not found the answer in the FAQ, so i adress to you. i constantely get the following message, whatever i can do : "(volume) symbol needs rollover, click to rollover". i rolled over several times, i closed and restarted sierrachart, my computer but this message is always displayed. the symbol is FGBLZ22-EUREX, the current and the new symbol is the same. A few days ago I had the same message log, i rolled over and everything was good. But since this morming I have got this problem. I have noticed that , today, on this market, the quantities of short or long orders are at about only 10% of that they are usually. I do not know if there is a link between these both things. thanks a lot for your reply |

Yes, this is all related. You need to rollover to the new contract - H23 (FGBLH23-EUREX). Select Chart >> Perform Futures Symbol Rollover and in the window that comes up specifically select the FGBLH23-EUREX contract in the "New Symbol" pulldown on that window. By default, it shows the same existing contract, so you need to specifically select the next one.
