Yesterday, I upgraded my service from trial to package 11. I am unable to get any charts to show up. I keep getting "permission denied, click for symbol information and Download Failed". I do not see any resolution solutions in the support guide. can you please help me with this?

Those errors are from Rithmic. Refer to the following:
