SC team, Is there any pro/con between using window server 2012, 2016, 2019 or even linux for the VPS to run the automated trading? Previous post in the forum regarding this topic did not really clarify this question. |

There are no specific pros or cons to running the software on one of the Windows Server editions. It is really a personal choice. As to Linux - we do not have a native Linux distribution, but people do run our software on Linux. Again, it is something you need to choose as to whether it is worth it to you. We do not run ourselves Server 2019. We use a mix of Server 2012 r2 and 2016. And we completely hate them all. The Windows server operating systems are in a state of serious a degradation.
