The platform will show connected but the price won't move or change. Every time I close it and open again, the price will show a change.

Is this for all symbols or just for some? What is one symbol for which you are having this issue? Keep in mind, you are only setup to get real-time data from the CME exchange (not the full CME Group, just the CME Exchange). This is for ES, MES symbols. Please see the attached image. The platform shows that it is connected, but the price will not update. You can see the price vs the time on the real time clock. The price will update if I close the charts and reopen it. It will show the most recent price and just stay there. Same on the DPM as well. I uninstalled and reinstalled the software as well. It worked for about 10 mins and same thing occurred again.

Also just a follow up information. I rebooted the system, the issue persists at my home, work or any other place. The firewall does not seem like an issue since it has been almost a year and nothing has changed for it to suddenly stop the connection. Hopefully this helps. You are connected to the Denali feed from more than 1 computer. The exchanges do not allow this unless you pay an additional exchange fee to allow 2 systems to connect at the same time. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed on Two Computers Simultaneously You do also have the following: DTC Client socket (2) | Connect event error. Windows error code 10060: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.
But this could have been just a one time incident where there was a routing issue. But, refer to the following regarding this error: Data/Trading Service Connection and Symbol Issues: 1.2.
