Hour Offset improvement for Clock - RealTime study

Hello, I would like to be able to set a decimal value for the Hour Offset (In:9) on the Clock - RealTime study.

I am aware that I can set a custom timezone for the chart that would reflect this -- however I do want to keep my chart time showing NY Eastern time as it is easier to track economic news releases.

My local timezone (currently ACDT as Australian Central Daylight Time) though is not a full hour difference to US times (it is UTC+9.5 hours) but the input for the Hour Offset only accepts whole numbers.

Australia has multiple timezones that are not on a full hour difference, including ACST/ACDT which are UTC+9.5 and UTC+10.5 respectively, and ACWT which is UTC+8:45.

Can we have this adjustment be available so that, for example, the Hour Offset input can accommodate both 0.x and 0.xx values to include the example timezones above (ie, 9.5 or 8.75)?

It does help me to see the clock in local time while the chart itself is in NY time.

Thank you.

Hello, am just wondering if this is still possible? I know it's not *urgent* but being able to adjust the Hour Offset to reflect other possible timezone differences would be very helpful.

Thanks in advance if you're able to consider this.
