Hello Support, I'm currently building an application for MetaTrader and cTrader which uses the real volumes from the exchanges such as EUREX, CME, and NYMEX to be sold to retail traders. My question is, what data I can use to do so? Can I use the real-time data provided by Denali Data Feed or I should use the data with 15 minutes delay? |

We are not sure exactly what you are wanting to do, as our data can only be used with Sierra Chart. But, if you are doing testing on Sierra Chart, then it does not matter if you use the real-time data or the delayed data, as the delayed data has the same volume information as the real-time data. Plus, the delayed data is free. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

I've created a bridge between Sierra Chart and MetaTrader/cTrader which allows real-time data to be exported directly to MetaTrader/cTrader such as Depth of Market data, Bid volumes, Ask volumes, etc. My idea is to use that information to create a product that displays that data on the MetaTrader/cTrader using that information and I'm asking if that's against the rules of the exchanges or Sierra Chart.

It is against the rules of the exchanges with regards to their data.

Okay, the real-time data transfer is against the rules. Is it against the rules of the exchanges if the shown data is delayed by 15 minutes?

Hi User793920, Exchanges do not want you to do this. Also Sierra Chart does not want you to do this.
