Hi, I am missing the market depth for Eurex. I am getting this message for Eurex: "Market Depth data has been rejected for symbol: GBL-201406-DTB. Not authorized for market depth. | 2014-05-28 08:15:07" or "Market Depth data has been rejected for symbol: DAX-201406-DTB. Not authorized for market depth. | 2014-05-28 08:17:43" Could you please take a look into this? Thanks! |

me too. seems still an issue with the data feed like yesterday. I do not see any depth in the dom.

This problem has been resolved. The reason for it is we did a software update, during the evening and this update had support for the new EUREX exchange fees. Those were meant to be released on June 1. So the particular EUREX exchange you are on, has no depth effective June 1 and the price drops to something like 15USD. At the end of the month cancel the current EUREX exchange that you have and at the beginning of the next month enable the new EUREX exchange you will see listed which includes market depth.
