First month trial market data

Hi team,

I want to active first month trial market data.

I already actived package service number 12 (56$/ month) and I would like to receive real time data from COMEX ( for future GU). Whenever I try to active the data, it requires to have enough money in my credit, however, my friend said that I dont need money to active first month trial.

Please help me, thank you

You filled out your exchange agreements to list yourself as a Professional. The Professional exchanges do not have a free trial. In order to get the one month free you need to be a non-professional.

If you qualify for a non-professional (you are not listed as a Professional and you you have a live, funded, futures trading account) then you can re-submit the exchange agreements and we will change your status.

I already submitted another agreement and list myself as Non professional.

Your new agreements have been accepted and you are now set as a Non-Professional.

Keep in mind, it is still necessary for you to connect your Sierra Chart to your trading account in order to verify the account. Until that is done, you will still not be able to get the Real-Time data.
