Hello, on the TPO chart iam getting a gap / miss of data between the mid of may 22 and then it’s displayed at 14th of September, I tried to delete and re-download data but in vain , Iam connected to Denali data and exchange fees are activated , help is appreciated Thanks |

Ok i went through the steps , yet only in TPO and quarterly chart I noticed the ESU22_FUT_CME when its loading its taking significantly lower time than other contracts, this is where the data is missing , around 17th may 22 to 12th sep 22, even after going through all steps , redownload , recalculate etc.. and when i delate and redownload i select all contracts. Note: in TPO chart settings, data limiting section, i cannot change data range to previous than 5th sep to 4th dec 22, even though number of days to load 365 and "use number of days to load" selected Date Time Of Last Edit: 2022-12-04 23:44:32

Please duplicate the chart that has the TPO graph on it and then remove all the studies so you have just the bar data. See if you are still missing the data in the time period you mention. Let us know if it is there or not.

During the roll over loading of the new contract all chart is ok now , no gaps , the gaps were in sep22 contract. Thanks
