F1 keyboard shortcut

I use F1 as a keyboard shortcut for tool settings but since updating to the latest version every time I hit F1 the SC help site opens. I reassigned the F1 shortcut to the tool setting I want but still the website opens. Is there a way to stop this?

What do you mean? Is this due to the update because this wasn't a problem and now it is so something changed
