Charts not loading properly

Hi, so I am using Sierra Chart package 11 with Denali feed and AMP is my broker. I initially selected SC Data - All Services under Data/Trade Service settings and all charts loaded fine. However, when I tried to place a live trade, it automatically jumped to Sim mode. I googled and found another user with the same problem and realized I was supposed to use CQG WebAPI instead. However, after switching to CQG WebAPI, all my intraday charts cannot load properly. For example, even though I choose to have 15days of intraday data, it is only loading the latest 1-2 days. I cannot figure out what is the problem here.

First translate the symbols in your Chartbooks with this Edit menu command:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service

After that:

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.

Let us know if this does not resolve the issue.
