Auto trading not entering trades?

Hello, I am trying to test different auto trading systems. Not my ACSIL or the trading systems are getting into trades. They are showing setup indications but will not create a order to get in. I have tried these systems before so I know they work. But not sure why it will not take the trade.

We are not sure what Trading Systems you are using, but if they have an Input for Send Trade Orders To Trade Service then ensure that this is set to Yes. Another possibility is that the options for Trade >> Auto-Trading Enabled - Global and Trade >> Auto-Trading Enabled - Chart are not enabled. Refer to the following: Trade Menu: Auto Trading Enabled - Global (Trade menu) Also, check the Trade >> Trade Service Log to see if there is information on why the trades are not being sent.
