I am using a Topstep combine account which uses Rithmic data. I cannot see more than 1 level of market depth on the DOM for the CL contract. I have checked the Market Depth settings under chart settings and still cannot figure out why only 1 level is showing. I don't have this problem on the ES futures contract with the exact same market depth settings.

Note that you have the CME with Market Depth for NonProfessionals exchange active. This is the CME exchange, not the Full CME Group. CL trades on the NYMEX exchange, therefore you are not setup to get real-time data, or the Market Depth data for that symbol. The cheapest option is to add the NYMEX with Market Depth for NonProfessionals exchange. But if you are eventually going to need at least 3 of the 4 CME Group exchanges (CME, CBOT, COMEX, and NYMEX), then it is cheaper to get the Full CME Group with Market Depth for NonProfessionals. You can change your CME Group exchange selections at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Note that the exchanges are not pro-rated and they do not give refunds. Therefore, if you add an exchange today (November 30, 2022) you will pay the full price for the exchange for the remainder of this month (1 day). And then you will pay the full amount again for December on December 1. We recommend deactivating any exchanges you do not want today (it will set the exchange to not renew, but you will continue to get the data) and then activating the exchanges you want on December 1, 2022. I am currently using my Topstep combine data feed instead of the data subscription for my brokerage account. Should I be able to get full NYMEX data through the Rithmic/Topstep feed? Do I need to check with them to find out? Thanks Andrew |

You would need to ask Rithmic/Topstep as to why you are not getting the market depth data.

You'll have to pay CME through Topstep for level 2 data: https://help.futures.topstep.com/hc/en-us/articles/10730356796179-Market-Data-Exchange-Update |
