I just switched to Teton Order Routing and changed my clearing firm. Although I am now unable to have real time data even though I have The Denali Exchange Feed activated on my current service package. Why am I still receiving delayed data? Is there an agreement I need to sign? - I also have another Sierra charts account connected to the same clearing firm account. Would 2 different Sierra Charts accounts connected to 1 clearing firm account cause delayed data on both of the accounts? - Please let me know what I should do about this situation. I have had sierra charts for years and have never had a problem like this. - I have always paid $320 per year in my service package (170 something per 6 months) and now my money is going to waste without accessing real-time data! You should be getting real-time data now that you have activated the exchange fee. No: - I also have another Sierra charts account connected to the same clearing firm account.
