how can I automatically have the ON LOW, ON HIGH, PD LOW, PD HIGH and settlement automatically plot a line ?

The Previous Day's Low and High are fairly easy, as you can use the Daily OHLC and reference 1 day back. You also have the option to ignore the overnight session if it is part of the current chart and you do not want it. The other options require having separate charts that have that information, so a chart with just the Overnight session times on which you would use the Daily OHLC or High/Low for Time Period and then use the Study/Price Overlay to overlay the information to the main chart. The Settlement price can be accessed through a Historical daily chart, as it is the final price that is sent for the day.
