Hello, During the real time data there is no difference between the information of Compact Tool Value Windows per candle stick (1 Sec) in the chart and the information of Time and Sales Window, but when I want to view the historical data using Reply Chart I see that these information differ from each other. even Interaday Data Storage Time Unit in Data/Trade Service settings is set to 1 tick. What is the time zone of that chart?

Maybe you are using Combining options in the Time and Sales window? This is what we see at 13:00 US Eastern time on 11-25: https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1669759220544.png The data in the Time and Sales window does represent the actual tick by tick data at that time. Set Sierra Chart to a Tick by Tick Data Configuration. Follow the instructions here to do this: Tick by Tick Data Configuration Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. thanks for the feedback I had all time zones on New York time, but apparently something went wrong somewhere, because my computer's time was set to CET zone. I have changed the following and it works: Global Settings->Time zone settings->Brussels Chart->Chart Settings->Session Time->Session Start Time at 15:30:00 Chart->Chart Settings->Session Time->Session EndTime at 22:00:00 Chart->Chart Settings->Session Time->Time Zone(List) on Brussels The trial period will end soon. I want to buy a service package but I don't know if I need package 5 or package 11. Currently I don't need real time data as I am practicing but I need Market depth data for Nasdaq. I think with package 5 together with Delayed Exchange Data Feed, I don't have access to Market depth data (which I also don't have with Delayed Exchange Data Feed at the moment). Therefore, I have to choose Denali Exchange Data Feed, which is only supported by Service Package 11. Is that right? Greetings, Essi |

We do not think the Time and Sales issue would have been a time zone issue. For delayed data you can use Service Package 5. If you need market depth data for stocks, NASDAQ requires that you pay the exchange fee. So that means you need package 11 and you need to pay the NASDAQ TotalView exchange fee. Refer to: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Nasdaq TotalView Data Feed Notes The full set up instructions for the Denali Data Feed are here: Denali Exchange Data Feed Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
