trouble with gain capital

hi , i have an account with gain capital , and i wanted to test it with sierra chart , but in server setting i see [ not enabled on package ] error i even created new trial account and still couldnt connect to gain capital or even CQG my question is do i have to purchase service package 11 that i believe was 46$/mo to even test sierra chart with gain capital or CQG? or just something wrong with my account ? best regards. |

You did not activate the trial. We have activated it for the account from which you just posted. Note that we do not have support for Gain Capital. We do have support for CQG. You will need to be on one of the Integrated Packages in order to actually make the connection to a trading service, but we can make that happen with your Trial Time, so you will not have to pay for it.
