As I was going through the instruction - The "Rithmic Direct - DTC [trading]" selected did not populate a list of firms in the Server (list) as shown in the attachment. Is there anything I'm missing on for this set up? |

You need to very carefully follow the instructions on this point, in that at Step #9 it tells you to select "OK" to close out that window and then wait 5 seconds and then re-open it. You need to do this as we get the list of servers from Rithmic, so this is the process that signals Rithmic to get us the list. Thank you. I solved it now. I did think there was this one step I missed out on was the fact that I didn't press OK first and then go back to Data/Service Trade Service settings to finish the set-up process. The reason for this, I thought by clicking on "A" next to this particular selection would help populate the list while staying on the settings - but I was wrong. Thanks. |
