set up dom not showing mkt depth or bid/offer pulling/stacking etc.

I am attempting to get the dom functional with bid size/buy column, ask size/sell column, bid and ask market depth pulling/stacking fields especially just showing 2 numbers and not showing all the orders resting etc. My numbers bars are working perfectly fine. I look at data feed settings and as far as I can tell, everything is set up correctly with Denali data feed for CME and Teton order routing. Attempting to add attached file but don't know how to do it. Not showing up. I am extremely frustrated. Must be doing something wrong but no idea what. HELP!!! |

We are not sure if you are stating that you want to only show 2 levels of the Market Depth, or if you are stating that you are only getting 2 levels (which you are not, actually, you are just getting 1 level and also seeing the sum of the depths, which is the same number in white). The reason you are not getting the full Market Depth is because you do not have any exchanges active that include the Market Depth. Right now, you only have the following exchange active: - CME non-professional top-of-book If you want the CME with Market Depth, then you would need to activate the following exchange: - CME with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts And you would deactivate the other one. You can make the changes to your exchange selections at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Keep in mind that the exchanges are paid for on a Calendar basis and they are not pro-rated. Therefore, if you activate the above, as we suggested, then you will pay the full $11.00 for the remainder of this month and then pay $11.00 again on December 1, 2022 to get the data through December.
