dom not working correctly

I set up the dom to show depth of mkt on buy sell, bid offer stacking, and it is not working correctly at all. Verified data package 12 with mbo, did edit-translate, tried everything I can think of to make it work, please help? Denali with Teton routing.

You do not have an exchange active that includes the Market Depth.
