Issues after IB changed Symbols

Hello SC, after IB changed Symbols i have a few issues going on. I already followed your Instructions on how to update these new Symbols but the following issues remain. - Market Depth on the DOM is not displayed - Orders from IB rejected To me it seems like there is something with the Symbol setting. Symbol is set to MES-202212-CME-USD. What else do you need do support? Thank you in advanced. Regards Mario |

IB also had made some changes to the trading and data interfaces. You need to be on the most recent release of Sierra Chart along with the most recent (stable) release of the IB TWS software. Once you have both in place then you should be fine. Hello John, thanks for the quick response. I followed your instructions. Order routing is working now but i still don`t have Market Depth Data displayed. Anything more i can do, maybe on the IB TWS side? Regards Mario |

As you state, you are setup to get the Denali data for which you have the "CME with Market Depth for Non-Professionals" exchange active. Therefore, as long as you are looking at symbols that trade on the CME exchange (not the full CME Group, just the CME exchange within the CME Group) then you should be getting the market depth data. Please let us know the symbol of the chart that you have open in the image you provided. And then follow these instructions to get us your Message Log by opening a chart for that particular symbol: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: How to Post Your Message Log (Required In Some Cases) We will then determine what the problem is. I am also using the Eurex Symbols DAX-202212-EUREX-EUR-5 and DAX-202212-EUREX-EUR-25. And the Charts are also not working correct. They get stucked forever in the downloading historical data. I don`t have Market Depth Data for Eurex but that is not yet the issue im referring to. But it seems to me that is has something to do with my overall issue. I am attching the Log too.

The first issue with the CME data is due to what the following line from your log shows: Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is disabled.
You need to go to Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings and set the option for Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds to Yes and select OK to close that window. Then select File >> Disconnect followed by File >> Connect to Data Feed. You will then be getting the Denali data. Right now you are getting the data from IB. We recommend that you redownload all the data for your symbols to ensure you have only the Denali data which will be more consistent than a mix of IB and Denali data. To do this, select Edit >> Delete all Data and Download for each symbol (you just need to do it once per symbol, not per chart).
