Missing intraday data and some issues downloading historical data

There are large gaps in my chart data whenever I log off and log back in. For instance, I logged back into Sierra today, and the data jumped from 9:20AM to 19:25AM. There has been odd issues with my data such as "waiting for historical download" etc... Wondering how to get my data stream back to normal and continuous?
