chart flickering and indicator would disappear

I started seeing flickering on my sierra chart. I have powerful desktop with 64g memory with fast cpu, ssd disk. I never had this issue before. I had this computer for years and ran sierra chart for years. When it starts to flicker, macd, stoch, and other indictors disappears from the chart. There are no resource issues with my computer. Attached is what it looks like with macd/stoch missing. Flickering would start few minutes after I start Sierra chart. Please advise how to fix this issue. Thanks |

First, run Sierra Chart in Safe Mode to ensure that there is not a 3rd party study that is causing an issue. If that does not resolve the issue, then check whether you have the option for Global Settings >> Graphics Settings - Global >> Other >> Use OpenGL for Chart Graphics. Change the setting you have for this (i.e. if it is checked, uncheck it - if it is unchecked, then check it). Then restart Sierra Chart and see if the flickering stops.
