Not Getting Historical Market Depth Data

I am not getting historical market depth data prior to 10-10-2022 using the delayed data feed. I see there were problems from this thread: Notice: Historical Market Depth Data for CME Group 2022-10-16 "Until approximately of October 27, 2022 historical market depth data will be limited and go back only to October 10."
"All of this is expected to be completed, around the end of the first week of November." These 2 resolution times have been passed. Has the issue been resolved and the problem is on my end? Or is it still on SC's side? |

We are still waiting on one of the items that has taken longer than expected, so we have not put back the historical market depth data from before October 10, 2022. We hope to have this done this upcoming weekend.
