Trade and Current Quote Symbol not displayed in Chart Window

Hello, I am using the "Trade and Current Quote Symbol" option in the "Chart Settings". I've set the "Use As Trade Only Symbol" to "Yes". Everything was working as it should. I'm not sure if there is a connection, but since updating the IB symbols and updating to the current version the Chart Profit/Loss Value is showing the Symbol values and the Trade Log is showing the correct Profit/Loss values entered from the "Trade and Current Quote Symbol" . How can I get the Chart Profit/Loss to match the Trade Log values? Please advise. Thank you. |

For this chart what are the following Chart Settings set to: - Symbol: - Trade and Current Quote Symbol: - Use as Trade Only Symbol: - Currency Value per Tick: - Profit/Loss Format Also, if you can please give us a screenshot, or two, showing the different values, it would be helpful. Thank you for your quick reply. I did some random trades on the sim account. Symbol: ES Trade and Current Quote Symbol: MES Use as Trade Symbol: YES Current Value Per Tick in "Global Symbol Settings" for ES is 12.5 for MES 1.25. In the screenshot you can see 1.25 (see arrow on screenshot). I changed that value from 12.5. If I choose a different symbol hit "Apply All" "Currency Value Per Tick" will revert back to the default setting of that symbol. But initially changing the value to 1.25 will help bring the currency calculations in line. Even though the Global Symbol Settings are applied and I have entered the round turn commission for ES and MES there, the commission will not be deducted in the Trade Window. The Trade Log will correctly calculate the Symbol MES with appropriate currency value per tick and deduct the commission. Interestingly, I have specified currency value and points to be displayed in the Trade Window and Trade Activity Log but the Log only shows currency (see arrow on screenshot). |

When you are using a "Trade and Current Quote Symbol", then you need to have the Chart Setting for the Currency Value per Tick set to the appropriate value for the "Trade and Current Quote Symbol". In this case, it should be set to 1.25. Do not worry about the Symbol Settings. These need to stay as they are, as when you are using the ES symbol, you need the Currency Value per Tick to be 12.5 and if you are using MES it should be 1.25. But when you are using the "Trade and Current Quote Symbol" you need to change it as specified above. Refer to the following for the documentation on the above: Chart Settings: Updating Currency Value per Tick for Trade Symbol With regards to the P/L Format, when you have multiple symbols displayed, it will only display as Currency.
