I am attempting to change to package 5, what "Active Services" do I need in order to get a feed?

I already went into the "Data/Trade Service Settings" on the main dashboard settings and changed it to "Tenton CME order routing".

Do you have a trading account setup with a broker that supports the Teton Order Routing Service? If not, then with what broker/trading service do you have an account?

What are the exchanges for which you want real-time data?

my broker is AMP, and I'm not sure if they Support Tenton Order Routing Service to be honest.

AMP does not yet have support for the Teton Order Routing Service. AMP will have set you up with CQG. Therefore, the first thing you need to do is to follow the instructions at the following link to connect your Sierra Chart to your CQG account:

Then you will need to change your Package to Package 11, as you need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages in order to be able to connect to and trade with, your trading service (CQG in this case). Since you were on Package 5, we assume you need the Advanced features of which Package 11 is the equivalent and gives you the external connectivity and access to real-time data.

Follow these instructions to change your package:
To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.

You will need to login if you are not currently logged in.

In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button.

The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price.

There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted.

When changing between Sierra Chart Service Packages, the usage time ending date on your Sierra Chart account is adjusted based upon the price differences between the package you are changing from and the package you are changing to.

When changing to a higher priced package, your usage time ending date will be brought back closer in time. When changing to a lower-priced package, your usage time ending date will be brought forward further out in time.

And finally, you then need to setup the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the exchanges for which you want the real-time data. Start by following the instructions at the following link to get the real-time data for the CME Group:

Then go through the instructions at the following link to setup the NASDAQ TotalView exchange (to get NYSE data):
