Use the exact same symbol for both the chart and Quote Board, and then reconnect:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

Change one or the other to match the other one.

Both the chart and/or quote board data is lagging as you can see on the pic of the chart

it is doing same with either symbol Vix or VixFutures

You can not use both VXZ22-CFE and VXZ22_FUT_CME at the same time. They are the same thing, but when you have them both in the same chartbook it creates an issue. Please choose just one of the symbols to use and only use that one and change the others to be the same.

Only one chart in chart book all others chart books are closed
symbol is the same but no data CFE should be active

Please try the following for us:
- Select "File >> Disconnect"
- Select "Edit >> Cancel All Downloads"
- Select "File >> Connect to Data Feeds"

We are wondering if the other symbol was already subscribed to, therefore we are trying to break that and force a proper updating for the current symbol you are using.
