Despite I have disabled any order confirmations in the Trade Window>M>Confirmations menu, I still get prompted every time I send an order. I tried to follow other instructions in the forum (e.g. choosing Yes in Chart Settings>Linking>Chart Linking>Trade Window) without any luck. Any advice please?

Make sure you are disabling the confirmations on the correct Trade Window:

I followed all the instructions (reset child window, check the trade window link etc...), however I'm still getting the same confirmation message.
Any other suggestions? Thanks

It must be related to the confirmation options. We have to check this. Provide us the chart you are trading from by following these instructions:

We need to know the Chart Number you are trading from? Chart Numbers will be seen on the title bar of the chart and are followed by a #. We will then look at that particular Trade Window.

We do not see any confirmation come up when trading from that chart. What exact action are you performing that is causing the confirmation?

I think I've sorted out. Apparently the message came because the option 'chart trade mode on' was activated in some hidden windows. Disabling the 'chart trade mode on' in one of them fixed the problem.
