This limitation you are referring to has to do with real time exchange data. Refer to: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Connections You can use Sierra Chart on three computers at a time but not connect to exchange data on more than one computer at a time, unless you pay another exchange fee. You must not have the second computer for the Rithmic Data Feed setup properly. On that computer, you need to ensure that the option for Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is set to No. Then you will get the Denali data on the first computer and the Rithmic data on the second computer. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Is it possible to use delayed nqtv data on 2nd computer instead for back testing? That means I do not need to connect to ibkr right? |

Yes, you can do this. That means I do not need to connect to ibkr right?
Correct. In order to get the Delayed NASDAQ TotalView data, you would need to set the Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service to SC Data - All Services. Refer to the following: Data/Trade Service Settings: Current Selected Service (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Service) Depending on your setup, you may want to have a separate installation of Sierra Chart for this data. Refer to the following: Using Multiple Data and Trading Services at the Same Time For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

I'm also trying to see live data on two computers. First computer is running Denali, second is Rithmic, but when I set "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" to No on the Rithmic computer it doesn't solve my problem. Do you know what else I need to do to see both live at once?

Yes, I had the same Issue. You need to order 2x denali data feed and then you can use it on both comouters.

When I try to activate it on two systems the error I get is "At least one exchange which is active, is not enabled for renewal" but it is enabled for renewal so I'm not sure why I'm getting the error.

You actually have 2 exchanges active on your account, but only one is set for renewal. Wait until next month before you activate two systems. I want to do this because topstep and Apex trader only accept denali data. As long as you are on one of the "Integrated Advanced" packages (packages 11 and 12), then you can use Sierra Chart on up to 3 computers at the same time. Two of them I want to use denali data and one of them I want to use delayed data.
In order to do this, you need to pay for a second set of exchange fees in order to get the real-time data to the two systems. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed on Two Computers Simultaneously There are no fees for the Delayed Streaming Data. In order to get the delayed streaming data instead of the real-time data, set the option for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" to "No". Refer to the following: Data/Trade Service Settings: Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Other Settings) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Hi there. For the 2 computers option for Denali/CME, can I do the more expensive one (with order book) for one computer, and the less expensive one for the other? Would that require 2 SC accounts?

If you do have two separate Sierra Chart accounts, then you can do what you want above: Would that require 2 SC accounts?

Thanks. Just wanted to confirm what was permitted. On another note, I also wanted to confirm the following assumptions, based on what I've read in other posts: 1. Is the recent futures tick-level data Historical Data Service identical to Denali real-time? 2. Does the Denali real-time service offer more full tick-by-tick historical data than the Historical Data Service? 3. Does tick data get filtered or consolidated at some point? Does that happen at the same point for both services? Thanks! |

1. The Sierra Chart Historical Data Service and the Denali Exchange Data Service give the same data. 2. No, they are the same. 3. No, it does not filtered or consolidated, unless you specifically do this. Refer to the following for one item that would consolidate the data: Data/Trade Service Settings: Intraday Data Storage Time Unit (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Settings) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
