in Chart Settings window, Data Range starts from 2022-11-03
I cannot change this.

thank you for the help. I have another issue.
I'm using interactive brokers, and running two comuters.
somehow I cannot get any historical data on one of them. wasn't like that. it just happened one day.
I can get the data only when connected.
I tried <Delete All data and Download>. It only deleted all data
can it be my PC problem?

Most likely your are running 2 different versions of Interactive Brokers Trader Workstation on 2 computers. To confirm this, with IB TWS running, go to Help and select 'About Trader Workstation'. 4th line down will be the Version or Build. Older versions of IB TWS are causing historical data download issues.

Download the stable IB TWS Latest Version 10.20.1c or later and the latest SC Version. This will fix your IB historical data issue.

How can I get rid of the yellow box on the chart saying [Volume]Symbol needs Rollover. Click to Rollover
and ES rollover date is 3rd Friday. Why it show up today?

That is showing because you have the option enabled to Rollover based on Volume. Refer to the following setting:
General Settings Window: Detect Rollover Of Current Futures Contracts Symbols Based On Real Time Volume (Global Settings >> General Settings >> Charts >> Symbol)
