Hello Support Team,

I wanted to trade live next month. if i have internet problems or i can't access my computer i wanted to ask what possibilities there are to close positions if you don't have internet access. For example, is there a mobile version that I can reach with my cell phone, because I always have internet with my cell phone, or what additional options are there?

You could also set cellphone's hot spot (act as a wireless router)

If you are using our Teton Order Routing Service, then we have a Web-Enabled option available. Refer to the following:

Hello,

Is it possible to adjust an existing stop loss order to change where it is placed on the web panel? From the looks of it, I think it's only meant for creating new orders and exiting positions.

I was using the old web panel because on the bottom of the page of https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php it links to the old one. However, the link on Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing: Web-Based Trading Panel does show the new one too. I wasn't sure if it was ready but it looks like it is.
