I just renewed my account and down loaded Service Package 10 to work with Interactive Brokers. However I cannot access my Chartbook with list of previously set charts that worked with Service Package 3.

Our guess is that you did not update the symbols to work with Interactive Brokers.

Open your chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. After that the charts should start working as expected.

If you continue to have an issue, then we would need more information on the particular problem and a screenshot (if possible).
