Dear SC support, I have and ongoing issue with data feed on SC. I have made a service ticket a while ago and so far there is no answer and solution for it. Ticket ID: 1666865449542. I am not sure if that is common behaviour from support to do not interact with their end users and clients, but noone responded with solution after a week already. To summarize my issue: When I start the platform, I see online data only without previous data I had recently, when I try to restore the data using the menu in your platform - right click - EDIT/download data or delete and downlaod data, my data is deleted (disappears) and the whole process starts from scratch. It is clear from this that you cannot use indicators depending on the necessary amount of data . That is why I am asking you to identify and eliminate the defect. It makes no sense for me to pay for live data with you when I have an open account with IB including live data. Attaching logs from ticket. You are not using the latest stable release of IB Trader Workstation. Download IB TWS Version 10.20.1a or later. This should fix your SC live data issues. I am running SC 2448 and offline IB TWS Version 10.19.1c with real time data from IB.
