When I updated my SC to the newest version I`ve lost the live data feed and can`t get it to work in real time. I only get delayed data. Currently using Denali. It`s showing CQG ...... I switched it to SC Data -All Services and it`s still just showing a delayed feed.

You are not setup to get any data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed and we no longer bring in data from CQG for the CME Group and EUREX. I thought I did have a Denali feed. I have been paying SC $46.00 a month for several months now. I`m confused. I just received an email telling me I need to reload my monthly balance. I have service pack either 11 or 12. Your help is greatly appreciated if you can help me clear this up. Thanks in advance.

Could you kindly follow up on my ticket which is related to payments. It sits for a whole week and there is not a single answer. Should I post my payment confirmations on public boards because you can't resolve a ticket? My Denali FEED has been canceled over no payments, while I paid just before it got deactivated. User967628: Packages 10, 11, and 12 are required in order to get the real-time data from us, or from any source. But it only part of what needs to occur. You also need to complete the exchange agreements, and activate and pay for the exchanges for which you want the real-time data. DevilByNight: You should open a new thread for your issue, as it is completely separate from the issue the other user is dealing with. As to your particular issue, the problem is that you activated the exchange on the last day of the month (October 31, 2022). The exchanges renew on a calendar month basis, therefore you paid for access for just the one day. This is how the exchanges work, and they do not give refunds. Therefore, you need to pay again for the exchange for the month of November. We apologize that the ticket you opened on this has not been answered in a timely fashion. We will have to look into that.
