I currently have Sierra Chart Data feed with US Equities exchange, which allows me to see all traded volume of stocks listed on NASDAQ and NYSE. Last month I tried Denali with NASDAQ TotalView and was only seeing about 1/3 of the volume. However, I still would like to see market depth so want to get NASDAQ TotalView also (to at least see NASDAQ full order book). Can I order that with the Sierra Chart Data feed, or is that only available through Denali? |

NASDAQ TotalView is only available with the Denali Data Feed.

I have Nasdaq Totalview/am suing the -NQTV suffix - is there a way to see all of the volume actually traded instead of just nasdaq volumes?

At this time the answer is 'No'. The NASDAQ TotalView exchange still does not have the consolidated tape for the volume from all exchanges. We are still working on this, but we do not have a date when this will be completed. The other option is to use the U.S. Equities exchange that is part of our Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. This exchange includes the consolidated tape, but it does NOT include Market Depth data. So you will have to consider the tradeoff. Keep in mind that the exchanges do not give refunds, so if you change to the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, we can not give a refund for the NASDAQ TotalView exchange. You will also pay the full amount for the exchange for the remainder of this month. One final note - the NASDAQ TotalView exchange is denoted by adding the -NQTV suffix to the symbol. The U.S. Equities is just the standard symbol (i.e. IBM instead of IBM-NQTV). @pampolpops......if you are trading equities go with Sierra Chart data feed + US Equities exchange and get full volume. It's much more valuable than Nasdaq Totalview, in my opinion. Just be aware you really won't be able to use the DOM in your trading since you won't have full market depth, just top of book.
