As we all know due to a bug in the AMD OPENGL driver, if you have the graphics acceleration enabled in sierra chart, you would notice significant graphics artifact and render the software unusable. This is no longer the case. AMD in recent month rewrote OPENGL driver. I'm running Radeon 6800XT with the 22.10.3 optional driver and can confirm that sierra chart works perfectly fine with graphics acceleration enabled.

I just wanted to let everyone know!

Edit: I tested this on Windows 11 with latest patch.

Thank you!

I can confirm a positive result as well.

Windows 10, AMD 6700XT with OpenGL on and performance is improved (fairly significantly).

Noticed something strange when I check the 'use OpenGL for Chart Graphics'.

On dark background charts, everything seems fine.

However, on light coloured charts (RGB: 192,192,192) grey background, whenever scrolling or moving mouse across the chart, the colours bleed (very badly)

My graphics card is Using AMD Radeon RX550/550 Series.

For the time being, not using OpenGL.
