i am a transact user i have been trying to follow your instructions on continuig to get real time emini s&p charts i have tried many times disconecting and reconecting per instructions but cannot get to work callede my broker and he said you do not work with transact anymore for real time charts is there any way i can keep getting real time emini s&p through you even if i have to pay a little more it would be easier than opening another account i like your charts and have been using them for 2 years now please help if you can

TransAct stopped support for Sierra Chat several months ago. You were continuing to get the real-time data from our Denali data feed as your non-professional verification was valid through October 31, 2022. Since we are now passed that date, your verification is no longer valid and you are not able to get the real-time data, therefore you are getting the Delayed Streaming data instead.

If you want to continue to use Sierra Chart for trading, then you will need to change brokers. We recommend a broker that supports our Teton Order Routing Service. You will find the list of brokers that support this service at Step #2 of the Setup Instructions for the Teton Order Routing Service here:

If you want to use Sierra Chart just for charting, then you will still need to have a trading account you can use to verify your non-professional status for the CME Group. We recommend the solution outlined at the following link:
