Hi - I am having an issue that I cannot resolve. I have already tried restarting Sierra Chart multiple times, I've restarted my computer, and I've made sure to update to the most recent release of SC. My charts are not printing properly, every print seems to be the same, the attachments will clearly show the issue I am having. My time based chart seems to be OK, but the P&F and renko are completely messed up, as are all my footprint charts. I am also having an issue on my 5m footprint where all the numbers (fills at the bid/ask) in the current bar change despite price being somewhere completely different. Like, we will be trading 3885s in the bar, but the fills at 3880 are simultaneously changing which is impossible. Please advise on how best to resolve this issue. I am out of ideas. Thanks. |

Thank you, the proper data seems to be loading now. But I cannot get the historical data to update. Like, everything still looks as it did in the earlier snips I sent across. How can I get the full day's chart to update properly? I cannot seem to figure it out based on my research on the SC website thus far. Thanks.

You need to delete the old data by selecting Edit >> Delete All Data and Download. This will remove all the data from the chart and then the data will all redownload in 1 tick increments.

Hey thanks, so that worked, but it did it for every single chart, even though I hit edit on the one chart I was looking at. Kind of annoying, how can I avoid that happening in the future where the update only applies to one chart at a time? Thanks.

You can not. When you Delete the data from one chart, you are deleting all the data for that symbol, therefore all the charts that use that symbol are going to reload and update.
