Multiple Accounts NOT Showing on Trade Window Dropdown

Hello,

I have multiple accounts within the same Rithmic data feed, but on Sierra I only can access ONE account from the dropdown menu in the Trade window. All accounts are under the same Rithmic login and are active. Please advise on how to resolve!

Go to the Trade >> Trade Service Log.

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

There will be a message in the Trade Service Log indicating how many accounts are received from Rithmic. What is the number?
