I do not know how can I keep cumulative delta in the current range. I need to search all the time where the cumulative delta is. Is there a way to set the indicator to show the delta at it`s current level, please? Please see the attachment.

Secondly I have a chart which is outside my chartbook. It belongs to the chartbook but it is outside as a seperate thing. How can I put the chart back as a part of the chartbookk? Please see attachment.

With regards to the Cumulative Delta study, the first thing to do is to reset the scales and see if everything comes back into place. Refer to the following:
Chart Scale and Scale Adjusting: Resetting the Scale

Another possible issue is that you also have a "Horizontal Lines" study with various line levels defined. In order to see the information from both studies, you will want to ensure that they are both set to a scaling of "Automatic". Or, if you do not want the Horizontal Lines to drive the scale, then make sure that study is set to a scaling of "Same as Region". Refer to the following sections:
Chart Scale and Scale Adjusting: Maintaining Same Scale for Multiple Graphs in Chart Region
Chart Scale and Scale Adjusting: Basing Scale Only on Price Bars

With regards to the window outside of the main program, you need to "Attach" that window to the main program. On that window select "Window >> Attach Chart Window". Refer to the following:
Window, CB and CW Menus: Detach/Attach Window (Window)
