As of this morning, only 1 laptop is receiving real-time data......can you look into why my second laptop is not receiving real-time data? Thank you

You are only setup to receive data to one system at a time. If your first laptop is connected to the data feed when you are trying to access it on the second system, then you will not get any data to the second system. You can pay for a second connection, the cost of which is a second set of exchange fees. Refer to the following for information and instructions on this topic: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed on Two Computers Simultaneously Just be aware that if you make the change today for the two systems, you will pay the full amount of the second set of exchange fees for the remaining time in October (3 days) and then pay again on November 1 for the month of November. So you might want to wait until November 1 before making this change.
