No DOM and price not moving with new update

When I installed the new update, it did not show any bids/ask on my DOM. And price was not moving at all. Luckily I just installed the older version and it went back to normal. But why is this happening? Need to know before attempting to update to the newest version again. It seems like something similar happens with every time I install a new update. Also, the "Always on top" feature under the "window" tab seems to be disabled. How can I enable that? Date Time Of Last Edit: 2022-10-28 16:10:00

The reason you had this issue is because you are using CQG data. With version 2394 we stopped allowing data from CQG for the CME Group and EUREX into the system. Refer to the information here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/Whats_New.php#SCVer2394 In order to update past 2394 you will have to use our Denali Exchange Data Feed for the data.
