Good day,
i made the payment, downloaded the current version, restarted the computer, but still the status is the same - look at the graphs and messages ( message log ). Please identify the problem and put it into working order.

Make sure you are on the most recent version of Sierra Chart as well as the most recent "Stable" version of the Interactive Brokers software.
